These intelligence experts pointed to the capabilities that were demonstrated in New York and, especially so, in Washington on Sept. 11. No "Islamicist" organization has such capabilities. This operation had to have been prepared over a rather long time, a half-year at least. The magnitude and scale required would include at least 25 persons at the spearhead, but a couple of hundred people would have to have been involved in one way or another. The terrorist organizations must be controlled by intelligence agencies through various means. This may not have been done on direct order, but under framework guidance. There must have been conspirators inside US government, intelligence and military structures, observed the intelligence experts.

A similar evaluation was given to the Russian television channel NTV on Sept. 14 by Mikhail Magrelov, a long-standing intelligence specialist and Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Foreign Affairs Committee. He noted that a nearly simultaneous hijacking of several planes by top-class pilots, combined with a disruption of air control systems, plus accurate strikes pinpointed against buildings with an aim to inflict maximum damage, look more like a well-planned conspiracy, involving security services than simple "terrorism." Whatever role Osama bin Laden and various foreign states may have played, these are only the links in a chain that was planned and organized by a yet-to-be identified organization that stands above any state.

In a Sept. 13 interview given to the semi-official Russian news service Strana.ru Yevgeny Kozhokin, Director of the government-linked Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISS) warned of a cover-up: "Whether this crime will be cleared up completely, is a complicated question. It is possible that the world will never know some things. For one simple reason: It is possible that besides the people who directly carried out the attack, a whole series of other persons, connected with the attacks - people, participating in the preparation of the operation - may be killed ... by those, who have an interest in making sure that the identities of the people who indirectly ordered the attack, will never become known.... If it turns out that the attack was prepared by some domestic sect or terrorist group ... like for example the '100% American' Timothy McVeigh, who blew up the Federal Building in Oklohoma in 1995 - then we have second complex of problems connected with the internal politics of the USA...." Kozhokin said.

On Sept. 14 an interview was given to strana.ru by Andrei Kosyakov, formerly Assistant to the Chairman of the subcommittee of the Supreme Soviet of Russia (1991-93) in charge of monitoring the activity of the intelligence services, refuting the simplistic "Arab terrorist" story as a deliberate diversion. First, he pointed to the implications of the large number of highly-professional operatives that must have been involved, and the elaborate, long-term preparation needed. On the other hand, "all (direct) participants in the operation were prepared for martyrdom, and such people are not easy to find.... Not a single secret service [of a state] would accept such casualities. They train their members in a different way...."

Next, Kosyakov emphasized as a crucial anomaly, that although a number of passengers had reported on the hijacking over cell phones, including a professional journalist, "none of the passengers described what the terrorists looked like, their accents, pronunciation; nothing caused the callers to want to characterize them.... The conclusion suggests itself, that the appearance of the hijackers in no way distinguished them from all the other passengers.... This supports the supposition, that hijackers looked European in outward appearance."

There is also another strange fact, Kosyakov said. While the operation was carried out with extreme sophistication, "a big lead" was intentionally left behind: "a rented automobile was found, left at the airport of the hijacked airplane, filled with the Koran, flying manuals in the Arabic language. But look: Not a single organization has taken responsibility for the crimes. That means, the terrorists want to conceal their identity. So, given such professionalism, given such extreme care, how could such an error be permitted? This hardly fits with the minute detail of the planning of the action. All this points to the conclusion, that the criminals wanted to leave a false trail. The secret services are paying no attention to ordinary Americans or Europeans, and instead are looking for Arabs...."

Kosyakov continued: "Unfortunately, I think we must prepare ourselves for new acts of terror, in a different form, but just as effective.... Our estimates indicate that ships could be used to ram hydroelectric infrastructure. Imagine a dam being hit by a passenger ship, or an oil tanker.... It would inundate a couple of cities with a population of a million and a half, plus burning oil on top. Or another possibility: train lines under the Hudson River, which could be exploded from above or below. And water would rush into the tunnels.... I want to repeat: the fact, that the terrorists are not taking responsibility for the attack, shows, that they are going to strike again..."

The United States has been surprised by a mass-murderous attack from rogue forces deployed from within the U.S.A. itself. Since no foreign power has the ability to do to us what was done this past Tuesday, some rogue element operating within our military-security establishment is the only possible principal author of what has just occurred. That mass-murderous rogue is the burglar, who is presently lurking from within the U.S.A., preparing for his next strike, which he certainly intends to deliver soon.

We must defend ourselves, our nation, against that rogue; anything we do to shift the blame to foreign forces which were not capable of organizing Tuesday's attack, simply makes our nation more vulnerable to the rogue from within who has just done this, and is lurking ready to do more.

Cowardly lunatics like the CNN organization, prefer to obliterate the cat, "for revenge," rather than mobilize to defend the nation against the rogue from within. CNN thus expresses the form of cowardly cowardice which the military vocabulary calls "flight forward:" the man cowering in his foxhole, filling his pants with fear, who charges the burping machine-gun fire, "To get it over with."

It is time to make certain that the advisors of President Bush are not the sort of cowardly cowards who would rather obliterate helpless, innocent brown-skinned people, in various distant parts of the world, than face up to the awful reality of the murderous menace of the rogue lurking within our own ranks, where he smirks, waiting to strike us again. Are you so afraid of that enemy, that you therefore prefer to pretend he does not exist, while taking vengeance by shooting down the kid with the pea-shooter next door? Do you seriously consider yourself sane at this moment?

Let the real generals, in the tradition of General Douglas MacArthur take over the job of advising the President. Get the new-fangled, Clockwork-Orange strategists back into their Crackerjack boxes, and let serious professionals develop a winning strategy and program of national defense.

On the record of history, wars and similar operations conducted for the purpose of "revenge," of "retribution," are the most stupid policies any government, or its people have ever conducted. The "blow-back" of such policies, especially when conducted under the pretext of religious wars, has destroyed repeatedly the very nations which launched such policies.

Let us stop being stupid now. Consider the consequences of using nuclear weapons of any scale, against the nations which veteran mass-killer Henry Kissinger, the proverbial Jack-the-Ripper of modern diplomacy, has just proposed. According to reliable sources who saw him on German television, Kissinger, in a press conference at the Frankfurt Airport this week, listed Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and Libya (and possibly other countries) as countries to be targetted.

Think for a change! Ask yourself: What would be the effect of hitting any or several among that list of nations, with or without the use of mini-nuclear bombardment? Examine this in two successive steps. First, the application of mass-destructive force against some of the nations on Kissinger's hit-list, with or without including nuclear bombardments. Second, the very distinct effect of including the use of nuclear weapons.

The world in general hopes desperately that the United States will not proceed to exact terrible and continuing "retribution" on the nations arbitrarily selected as victims of the current CNN blood-lust. The rest of the world will consent tacitly to such atrocities by the U.S.A. only because they are afraid to do more than politely suggest restraint. Suppose the U.S.A. then proceeds as Kissinger has proposed. Suppose it succeeds in inflicting awful destruction upon the brown-skinned people of those poor nations. When that has happened, what comes next?

In the meantime, the world's present monetary and financial system will disintegrate as a result of the current policies of the U.S.A. and some other influential nations. The problem here, is that the self-deluded idiots in the U.S.A. are clinging to the hysterical belief that by establishing dictatorial measures they could save the system. Belief will not turn the Moon into delicious green cheese. What next, little man?

Take the second possibility: the included use of nuclear-weapons bombardment. Here, one might say, "Never mention psychology in the house of the mad!"

Since Hiroshima and Nagasaki 1945, especially since professed pacificist and mad nuclear bomber Bertrand Russell published his call for "preventive" nuclear attack on the Soviet Union, in September 1946, through and beyond the 1962 missile-crisis, the world has been terrorized increasingly by the mere word "nuclear." The politics and ideology of the world at large have been shaped and misshaped by awe of that word.

Some people were mad enough, perhaps, even to propose to remove the ominous nucleus from all atoms. Every sinew of politics and most of popular ideology has been saturated with the lust to suppress nuclear-fission and fusion effects, everywhere and forever.

Naturally, people who are as incapable of looking into their own mental processes, as the CNN crew is, will tend to overlook some of the things lurking in the bottle where their unconscious mental processes reside. The use of nuclear weapons of any type, in warfare, at this time, particularly to target entire nations for crushing blows, will unleash the waiting genie from the bottle. Woe to him who is blamed for unleashing that genie upon the planet.

The trouble is, there are too few people on this planet today, especially in my own country, who have both the knowledge and the guts to tell the truth about such matters. That is why I am a leader among my nation's celebrities, and some others who pretend, or are even elected to be leaders, are not.

As for the current global monetary and financial crisis, which defines the environment of what happened on Tuesday, I have warned you about it. Many of you rejected my warnings, including the leading candidates for the 2000 U.S. Presidential election. You were wrong; they were terribly wrong. Now the devil against which I warned you then is here. I know how to get us safely out of this monetary and financial crisis. I do not know who the treasonous rogues are, who did what happened on Tuesday, but I know we can defeat them if we come to our senses soon enough. Have courage. Stop looking for retribution against those who have been proven guilty of no crime. Face up to what you have lacked the courage to face up to now. Then, together, we shall build this nation out of this horrible nightmare.

I can propose; what you do about what I propose, is up to you. You can reject my warnings, but you can not escape the consequences of your own folly.

Unanswered Questions About US Attacks

1) How could an operation of this size and sophistication, involving up to 100 individuals, possibly go undetected? Was this a colossal "intelligence failure," or was the failure itself organized?

2) How were the hijackers able to overcome the entire flight crews, without one of the pilots being able to punch a 4-digit code into the aircraft's transponder or say something on radio, to inform the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) of the hijacking? If the hijackers might succeed in one case or two, it is amazing, if not unbelievable, that they could do so in four cases. Were the pilots who took command of the planes from the beginning, the hijackers? If so, the hijacker pilots must know the procedures used by flight crew members, which are precise and complicated, and differ from airline to airline.

Many pilots say that a terrorist with minimal training could have conducted these maneuvers. But, what are the chances of such success by four amateurs? The former commander of the Israeli Air Force, Major General Eiten Ben Eliahu said, in an Israeli radio interview, that he believed that the pilots must have been Americans, not foreigners. The fact that the attacks had to occur during clear skies, means the operation must have had several target dates. This adds another level of complexity.

3) Why did all emergency procedures fail? Several professional pilots have made this point, including a recent article in the Israeli daily Ha'aretz, by its military commentator. All four planes grossly deviated from their flight paths. Under FAA procedures, the moment it is detected that an aircraft has deviated from its assigned flight path, the FAA immediately tries to contact pilots. If it fails, an emergency is declared and all air space in the area is secured. In the course of such an emergency, procedures are followed to determine whether the airplane was hijacked or out of control. Because the time factor is so crucial, these emergency procedures are well defined and exercised, to be implemented as rapidly as possible. In certain emergencies, especially hijacking, US military resources are drawn on as a matter of routine.

It has been reported that the transponders of the aircraft were turned off. This alone would trigger emergency procedures. Even if turned off, they would not disappear from the radars which would continue to track the flight path.

American Airlines flight 11 and United Airlines flight 175, the two aircraft that hit the World Trade Center, took off from Boston's Logan Airport at 7:59 and 7:58 respectively. The former hit the World Trade Center 46 minutes later. The latter, 66 minutes later. They both grossly deviated from their assigned flight paths, especially UA 175. Under emergency conditions, this is a tremendous length of time.

In the case of the Pentagon attack, the facts appear even more extraordinary. American Airlines flight 77 departed from Washington's Dulles airport for Los Angeles. It flew west for 40 minutes, made a U-turn and started to return to Washington, and hit the Pentagon 40 minutes later, at 9:40.

United Airlines flight 93 took off from Newark Airport in New Jersey heading for San Francisco, made a U-turn over Cleveland, Ohio and crashed in Pennsylvania.

The exact sequence of events over this almost 2-hour time-frame has not been made public, despite press leaks.

Security sources have asked the question regarding the role of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), which is responsible for defending US and Canadian airspace from attack by missiles, aircraft or space vehicles. This US-Canadian command has its own military radars, SAM systems, US F-15 and F-16 jet intercepters and Canadian CF-18 intercepters.

Although NORAD says they did not have time to react, this cannot be. Within the areas where these aircraft were operating, there are numerous air bases which can deploy fighters, and reach the targeted airplane within three minutes. This is especially the case around Washington, where Langley Air Base, next to the CIA headquarters, is the most famous. F-15s, the most capable intercepters in the world, are based there.

In the air emergency that would have been declared in all four cases, a decision would have been made on whether to deploy US military aircraft. Military aircraft are routinely deployed in such situations if only to maintain air safety.

In the case of flight AA 77, which was in its wildcat flight for no less then 40 minutes, headed for the US capital, after the successful attack on the World Trade Center, there was plenty of time to not only deploy military aircraft but to implement national security emergency plans to secure the safety of the President and the nation's capital. There would have been plenty of time to decide whether or not to shoot it down. The matter of the delayed response is so serious, it was raised to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard Myers, in a Senate hearing Sept. 13, who answered evcasively.

There was an apparent collapse of emergency procedures, of the FAA, NORAD and special national security emergency procedures to secure the President. Security experts point to the impossibility of such a collapse caused by the fog generated by an unexpected attack. This collapse could only point to sabotage within the system as part of a coordinated attack on the US.
